A unique part of the support we offer as part of the Let’s Listen and Talk programme is individualised advice and guidance from our specialist staff team, based on your child’s specific needs and your family’s unique circumstances.
Providing tailored support to meet your child’s needs
Let’s Listen and Talk is a programme highly tailored to meet the communication needs of your child and your family. Our experienced team of teachers and speech and language therapists provides individualised support but to do this we need to learn about your unique situation.
For us to provide tailored advice, we need you to tell us about your child and your family – the more information we receive from you the better we will be able to support you and your child. Please make sure, if you haven’t already done so, that you complete and submit the Let’s Listen and Talk online registration form by following the link in the box below, so we have the information we need.
If you have already completed our Baby programme and/or Toddler programme you don’t need to worry about re-submitting this information, but please do look through the rest of this lesson and use the Lesson 1 Feedback Form to provide us with any updates.
The Let’s Listen and Talk registration form
If you haven’t done so already, please take some time to complete the Let’s Listen and Talk registration form.
We appreciate that this form contains a lot of questions asking for lots of details. You don’t have to answer all of these questions, but the more information you send us using this form, the better we will be able to tailor the advice and support we provide to you. As the form asks for a lot of information, you can save your progress if you need, but please remember to Submit the form when you are finished.
If possible, please could you also supply us with copies of recent relevant professionals’ reports (such as a Teacher Advisor, Audiology or Speech and Language). You can attach them using the form or email them to us. These are so important for helping us get a fuller picture of your child’s need. It is also vital that the professionals helping you and your child are working together and sharing information.
Click the ‘Mark Complete’ button (if visible) to record your progress and move on to the next page.
